Just a video showing my Bedini Motor (Also known as a Simplified Schoolgirl or SSG Motor for short) in various stages of construction.

It's pretty much finished now and doing what it's supposed to do. Will be making a vid on how to build one soon. Until then there is plenty of information and links at http://www.peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Bedini_SG:Schematic

  • can you not put strong magnets on the outside face of the spinning wheel and several coils on the other side of the vertical plexiglass thus generating addition current and feeding it back to the battery?

  • Short answer : Yes ^_^

  • same principal used in stepper motors, like the fans in your computer. So what?

  • LOL!

  • "The only way to prove it is to prove it to ourselves"???

But if it can ONLY be proven to ourselves, thats not proof, only delusion.

  • ...Or I could simply show you how to make one and you could prove it to yourself.

  • Well the laws of physics are just models devised by humans to understand the universe in which we exist. Our understanding is by no means complete. There are cases where an effect is discovered that at first cannot be explained and then we have to re-evaluate our understanding.

  • well i don't believe the gas combustion engine was built in a lab... the capacitor was discovered by accident i believe in someone's back yard..

many of the Renaissance-era science im sure were not done in a laboratory either..

you don't have to have a multi-billion dollar reasearch laboratory to study science.. just a basic understanding, and the ability to see things for more than what they are..

dont have to have a ph.d either.. just a working brain and some scraps (although the $ helps)

  • The negative on the primary battery go’s to the inner 20 gauge wire on the coil which also go’s to the emitter on the transistor and the inner 24 gauge wire from the coil go’s to the collator on the transistor then the neon bulb is connected to the emitter and collator does it matter which way I put the neon bulb? And is there any problems you see in this hookup? Thanks for you help!

  • Nice video! Hi I have been trying to get the bedini motor to work, but the wheel just comes to a stop. My setup is 1N4001 diode is connected on the emitter to the base on the transistor. Then the base is connected to a 470 resister. Then resister is connected to the potentiometer.

  • Does this discharge the battery powering it or actually recharge it?

  • You can get 'free' AC from your land line phone jack

  • far out people, if it was really making unity or over it wouldn't need a BATTERY! lol

  • Why is their only one spool of coil while the schematic diagram for a bedini circuit has 2 coils.?
