What is Zoning, Anyway?RC-4, M-2 and C-M. WH-AT? Zoning is one of the most cryptic aspects of analysis when it comes to investment real estate. Even City Planners can't give you a straight answer when asked, "will zoning allow for me to add another apartment here?"

Enter Zonability, an application designed to make zoning information useful for property owners, renters, sellers, buyers, remodelers, investors, and neighborhood watchdog groups. They make this information useful by providing real world context and easy to use interfaces.

We (Wheelhouse) chose to integrate their local content into our website in an attempt to provide even more transparency for our investors when considering an acquisition. Transparency breeds confidence, and we hope this small step will increase transactions as a result.
