"Only On The Web": Ohio State Representative Chris Widener discusses the problematic nature of payday lending and what his government is doing to help eliminate the ensuing cycle of debt.
"Thomas Jefferson said never spend your money before you have it." And I believe Thomas Jefferson also believed in personal liberty, but I could be mistaken or brainwashed.
Jefferson would know, he was in debt most of his life. How many people are going to end up on the street cuz this guy thought they were paying too much interest?
What happened to us being responsible for ourselves? There was a time not too long ago that we borrowed $300 from cashloancity com and had it paid back in a month without any problems. Heck, our credit cards charged us $40 for being a day late and charged us another $40 because that put us over our limit. Why isn't that being talked about?
@michaelseemstobecool exactly what I was thinking! What a jackass!

I used to work at a payday loan company in Texas and glad I no longer working there. They are no good and should be abolished.
