A long weekend in Bordeaux (--bless the numerous holidays that exist in France) allowed me to find out that wine tasting there isn't quite what I thought it was..

Let me know your thoughts, and

  • a city you can go to is Lyon during the "Fete des Lumieres" which occurs every year in december. I've lived there for 4 years (leaving in ~2 months actually :( ) and it's always nice to stroll across the city during that time of the year, lots of pretty lights shows a bit everywhere. (this year... well, last december ... there were some really cool ones !)

definitely check it out if you have the opportunity. this year it will be from december 8th to 11th. google pic it to get an idea of it !

  • @UVERx08 thanks!!

  • you should go back to Bordeaux during the "Fête de la rivière" and I can assure you that you may be drunk, after a day tasting (getting drunk) wines and eating some south west specialities along the river ! it's an awesome party in Bordeaux

  • @adroual oooooo WHEN is the fête de la rivière? that sounds delicious.

  • Come to Strasbourg. Strasbourg is awesome.

Also this comment servers no purpose, other than shameless advertisement for Strasbourg of course.

  • @GreenKab lol. at least you're honest

  • @adroual it's la fête du fleuve and it takes place every summer , very famous here in Bordeaux on the docks ( les quais ) with your glass of wine it's wonderful !! Bordeaux is a beautiful city better than Paris haha !
