i heard about this. D: It's so sad. but there's nothing we can do, I fear. He had the same lawyer that defended Michael Jackson, and it's clear the judicial system in santa barbara isn't worried about the evidence in this situation. so we can continue to pay for his lawyer and try to get the apellate courts to hear his case, or he can serve the 6 years. i doubt it'll ever get taken off his record though.

I'm white and I think this shit is fucked up, being convicted on a trumped up charge like that. I love black people, I'm the only white person(well me and my family) in about a 1/2 mile radius of my house, everyone else is black, or a few Latinos.

Also as far as racism goes, I think I am a little racist, but towards Latino people, mainly because of the immigration shit, and that has only developed over the last couple of years since I have gotten older. I mainly hate illegals, lol.
