This is a picture montage set to music showcasing my trip to Vienna, Austria~ Home to the palaces of the Hapsburgs, the burial place of famous composers such as Beethoven, Mozart, Strauss, and Handel...just to name a few. This is truly a very "wealthy" and "clean" city. It all seemed so new, yet the history was evident. Marble fountains and statues everywhere, gardens at every turn, famous art works of Monet, Van Gogh, Picasso, and Rodin. I even saw "The Kiss" and "Sprites" by Gustav Klimt. The tour of the city would not have been complete without a wonderful, first-class meal and opera at the summer palace of the Hapsburgs. This was the 5th city of a 2-3 week tour around Europe in December/January 2004/2005.

  • Thank you for this beautiful video!! I love Vienna!!

  • Austria is so gorgeous, fascinating, rich, clean, dreamy, delicious, peaceful yet full of super cool action! love this place! you can never go wrong taking your vacation time there!

  • Amazing place !

  • In 2001, the city centre was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site and in 2005 an Economist Intelligence Unit study of 127 world cities ranked it first equal with Vancouver for the quality of life

  • Choppy or not, it's a wonderful collection of images. Great work !!

  • I love Vienna and Beethoven! Thanks for this great montage. I am going on a study abroad there this fall with the German program. I am so excited!

  • I just came back from Vienna a few days ago! Vienna was FANTASTIC!!! I want to visit Vienna again sometime.

  • It is true that Vienna is renowed for its barqoue. However the only city recognised by UNESCO for its baroque architecture is the city of Valletta (Malta).

  • Great video!! That guy drinking coffee looks so American! urghh.....

  • I must travel to this beautiful place! Seems like the culture has remained intact. The culture in America has been destroyed by illegal aliens flocking here for welfare.
