Hell on Heels: The Battle of Mary Kay 3/10

Make no mistake about it: The cosmetic industry can be quite ugly. That's what Mary Kay (Shirley Maclaine), the leader of one cosmetics company, finds out when an upstart firm with lots of buzz led by Jinger Health (Parker Posey) starts fighting lacquered tooth and manicured nail to unseat Mary Kay. But with the help of her brilliant assistant, Lexi Wilcox (Shannen Doherty), Mary Kay's determinated to annihilate the competition.

I never liked how the movie showed some of Ash's true character (the shrewd business woman who wouldn't hesitate to get dirty when her bottom line was threatened) and yet they still try to present her as a single mother with her son in this film when she was married 7 times, two of which were to the same man. The woman had almost as much "aisleage" as Liz Taylor!
