Hey, I was just wondering how you guys got this in under the 10 MB limit? I had to do a rushed, massively cut version of my video...hmm maybe it was the encoding or something. My original 1min 50sec video was very large even though low low low quality.

I checked back on the site... Pictures were 10mb, videos were 100mb.

Ah, thanks for checking. I'm such an idiot! I was rushing at just saw 10 meg. Still, what is up with my camera!? Poor compression = huge file. Anyways, thanks again, good luck, clever idea!
