I MADE THIS VIDEO HOPING IT WOULD BE FIXED. IT'S ANNOYING WHEN YOUR SPOTTIER CAPE BECOMES UNSTACKABLE AND U HAVE TO LOG OUT FOR IT.
THIS VIDEO DOES NOT BREAK ANY RULES, BECAUSE THE GLITCH DOESN'T ACTUALLY AFFECT YOUR RUNNING SPEED. IT DOESN'T GIVE ANY KIND OF ADVANTAGES IN THE GAME.

when you wear the cape, or wore it at that time, it would somehow change what item it was. It became nontradeable, and used a different slot in the bank. I had 28 capes in my inventory, and 1 non glitched cape.
