Episode 12: The Grand Finale
Task: Each of the two finalists, Simon and Kristina, must put together a proposal for the redevelopment of a site currently occupied by the IBM Building on London's Bank. This site was purchased for £120m by Sir Alan Sugar.The task involves the designing of a major landmark building that is both profit-making and has an iconic design.After each enlisting the help of four of the previously fired candidates, the finalists must then present their ideas to an audience of 100 property, finance and architectural experts, along with Sir Alan Sugar and his assistants Margaret Mountford and Nick Hewer.

Sugar picked the one who he thought would have a better future with him in terms of ideas and new ventures and who is able to also deliver them. I think Christina is a great salesman and very savvy, but has to have creative, entrepreneurial people around her to do anything exceptional.

Rory: "I am your boss..." Rory (reiterating his point): "I AM... your BOSS!" Comedic gold somehow, though I can't quite put my finger on just why. Oh, and the wrong person won considering who made it to the final two. Simon wouldn't be able to get the job done at all, where Kristina has at least half a chance if the wind is blowing in her favor. I'm sure he heard "You're fired!" within a week of landing the gig.
