@MrBartSampson I can speak only from my own experience, and that is that the all caps screed goes hand-in-hand with the hysterical and reactionary far right-wing mindset. As the Rethuglican party slides ever further into the pit of bigotry and fearmongering dug by this fringe element, the screeds become more extreme.
