  • I workout on an empty stomach and eat like a mofo afterwards - that's the new shit! Fuck size its all about strength power and definition!

  • The only people that need more than 45 mins at the gym are those that do like 20 sets of one exercise for like 2 reps a set! Then walk around and chat for about 10 minutes before hitting the next set. Mostly bicep heroes, who only ever work chest and bi's walkin round on spindly ass legs.

  • @thunder72191 Either something works or it doesn't work.....there is only one way to know, that's science. That is an absolute fact.

  • IIFYM > Broscience.

  • So u dont want me to believe a phd and trust u ? Man fukc u both

  • @GolandoPro Thats true, totally agree with you... Hard as you can 40-45 minutes....perfect..

  • I think there needs to be a distinction here; the assertions of a smart geeky guy, or even a Biology PhD or Physician does not constitute 'science'. Studies published in peer reviewed scientific journals however, should have more influence on the crafting of an individual's diet and exercise regimen than 'broscience'.

  • @RebelWrestler45 good point

  • @thunder72191 In science, theory cannot be proposed without extensive experimentation.

  • The irony of these two guys talking about broscience is amazing.
