STS 125 in Orbiter

STS 125 is likely to launch on October 8th 2008. STS-125 will serve as the fifth and final servicing mission for the Hubble Space Telescope, with Atlantis carrying two new instruments to the orbital observatory, in addition to a replacement Fine Guidance Sensor and extra gyroscopes and batteries to allow the telescope to continue to function through 2013.

it will be interesting to see, as they will have a second shuttle ready for launch in case a rescue is needed. Seeing two shuttles set up side by side will be a sight to see.

in fact, the shuttle that is for the if needed rescue mission will need to be set up first.

Yeah indeed, but NASA is currently investigating why a lot of the furnish bricks where destroyed during the launch of the STS 124. This might therefore effect STS 125 as they need all two platforms for one mission in case a other mission is needed to launch for rescue purposes.

i wish i could get my orbiter to have all this but i install all the files and it gets so complicated
