The Grinning Man is a bizarre, smiling entity sighted several times in 1966, In New Jersey and also in connection with the Mothman phenomena in Point Pleasant, West Virgina, as the enigmatic "Ingrid Cold." Witnesses describe an incredibly tall man, with shimmering, green clothing, small beady eyes set far apart, with an overly huge grin. Several witnesses do not remember seeing ears, a nose, or hair on the figure.

The grinning man has been seen in connection with UFO sightings.

I pulled off to the side of the road to relieve myself. It was a field side, I saw a metal cigar looking thing with slim bending limbs coming out of it. I was looking at it and thinking it was field sprinkler as I was taking a piss. Then I heard a sort of fluttering.fwooooshhh like sound. I was greeted in the dark by a wide smiling man with a black trench coat. It was a simple hello...I ran to my car and drove like hell.I went by the field the next day and just sobbed as it had no sprinkler.

Clearly, since this happened in Republican territory, it should be easily explained. Indrid must have really been INBRED. Inbred. Just another average Republican. No great mystery.
