@RascalCoyote This was one of my first video attempts and I decided to be different. The parade is nearly 3 hours long and a youtube video is limited to 10 minutes... so the problem is how to get a lot of video into a short space of time. I'm a lot better at hand holding a camera now and I'm also shooting in HD now and don't use my old school camcorder any more.

Dude why didn't you just choose a spot, set up a tripod and film the parade that why instead of walking up the rout to the assembly area.
