My Heel to Sit Spins Roller Skates !

This is a heel spin done on roller skates to 2 sit positions, stumbled on the way out though! ignor the big butt I was using large spunges

I know how to spin on one leg, but when you are sitting in the spin are you on all four wheels or two?

your traveling camel need a little bit more stretch. plus your switching from your inner to outer spins are fighting the rotation.you shouldn't have no skidding sounds with your spins. try a traveling camel to a death drop / heel spin then switch to an outer sit spin jump to an inner spin. without missing the required 3 turn rotation per spin type.

I love the spins you do. I can almost do a sit spin but the 1st part of the spin is really hard! I want to learn that.
