how are you gonna say this is ALL cutscenes when in fact not all of them are here or even in the proper order?

With a simple explanation:

I extracted (not recorded!) ALL video files from the game folder of the PC version... luckily they had names like 001, 002,... 025, 026 and were saved in the correct order. So sorry to belie you: All cutscenes are in the right order, but some are "alternative" (like the balamb garden exploding if you fail or not if you succeed). Could have left them out but then we would have missing scenes! But feel free to name missing video files.

41:25-43:17 The video is missing. The audio is still there tho. It's the scene where Squall is wandering along in time compression after defeating Ultimecia.

Correct: The video is missing because there is no video. :-P

This part is rendered with ingame graphics while the videoclip goes on with a black screen. Sounds weird, but there really exists a very long video clip for the epilogue, containing a small scene where the music continues but you only see a black screen. Could have recorded the ingame graphics though.... ;-)

The very last scene where you see Squall smile for the first time and Rinoa looking out the night sky and then they kiss, it always makes me emotional. That's what pure love and beauty is all about. Seriously Final Fantasy VIII made my life!
