Im president of Broach Machine Specialties Company, otherwise known as BMS. Were manufacturers of turnkey broaching systems. Were in Novi, Michigan. (We) have been manufacturing broaching machines since the mid-1960s. Primarily were serving the auto industry. However, we also serve a lot of other industries; heavy industry, off highway, aerospace, hand tools, small arms, etc.

Interviewer: Tell me how you got to know Storch Magnetic Products.

How we got to know Storch? Ah. Going back probably to the mid-90s, they had pursued our business for quite some time. We were utilizers of magnetic conveyor systems for chip removal in our broaching systems. And Storch, like I said, had been pursuing us. And our initial experience with them was based on price and delivery. They have always consistently provided us with a fantastic product. They service the product well. They always deliver on time. And their price is competitive. Weve recently gone back out for a competitive quote against Storch as we look for cost savings in our manufacturing system here. And Storch continues to be the best price at the best delivery. Product is basically service-free. We havent had any service or repair problems with Storch. Weve been using their product again for a long time. And the few times perhaps that we did have any service or repair issues Storch was right there, whether it be at BMS plant or at our customers plants in the field. They are always very responsive, and get the problem solved very expeditiously.
