Once Jean goes through her transformation by taking part in the Tournament of Zen...
onto the 2nd dragon aura but gotta defeat the Blue Fiend to get it.

yeah fuck I'm stuck here at 34. I think you have to get at about 40 to beat him. Otherwise he always gets his turn before yours.
