The motion blur certainly doesn't look very CG'esque. That said the algorithms used are getting better and better by the day.

Not CGI its a Coanda effect test craft. You can make one or buy one from JLN labs or a few others

Its a Coanda effect craft. the way it dips and the opening vanes on four sides is a dead give away Henry Coanda patented that effect in 1935 in France, 10 years before the NAZI took over. Also the camera was on a tripod, the cameraman was waiting for it.
