  • I have been a Registered Respiratory Therapist for 17 years. Oxygen levels of 80 to 85% are seen in advanced copd, cancer, chf patients. SpO2 of 80 to 85% qualifies for home oxygen according to Medicare guidelines.The average person whether you smoked for years or not has a saturation of 95% or better. Anyone healthy enough to do body building has good oxygen levels and should not be affected during activity.
