@skisunshine i think you roughly know how many pushups you can do.as i said i would recommend you to take between half and 2/3 of your pushup reps for normal pushup exercise.and then just lower reps for kneetouch, incline and decline pushups.on behalf of 30 i did 20 of each.when you finished your first training you can change the reps.so that at the end of your third set of every of the four exercises you only just get the last rep of it.

@skisunshine im doing each exercise 3 times, between each exercise 90sec rest, try to do a half of your max reps from starting fresh and watch out for good form ;) - my starting plan as an example: 3x 30pushup - 90sec rest(between each exercise); 3x 20kneetouchpushups - 90sec rest .....
if it gets to easy you can increase/decrease resttime/reps to go for your limits.
Yo good work. But them push ups arnt inclined their declined. Inclined push ups are where ur feet are elevated nd they work ur upper chest and core more than declined.
Who does cardio here? I'm finding it hard ti fit in cardio with these workouts. As it is, it takes me roughly 45 minutes to complete each workout.
