@plane45036 depends. hold 3rd until around 6k rpm, then shift.

It won't shift into 4th gear (busted shift fork or slider keys), so I just went through the line at the rev limiter. LOL, the gloves are just for fun, I had never used gloves while driving and wanted to try it out...
