I totally agree, a healthy diet can help many diseases, not only those related to the heart. I also agree that lifestyle has to do a lot with risk factors for suffering a heart condition, I specially have some issues controlling my nerves because of my lifestyle bur I am learning to to do it in order to avoid major problems.
