@mlc2005 Do you think I would much weight to congressional staffers' opinions? I don't care to get caught up in the left/right dem/rep dichotomy that distracts the country from what is actually happening. And I don't care to get caught up in the politics between the two.
Whether someone is a "bumbling moron" is of course a subjective opinion, just like yours that he is not. You shouldn't take "my word" for anything, you should simply listen to the man without your bias. This is my last comment.
-
@mlc2005 No you weren't, you were using the comment to point out that Frank was not the powerful enough to do such a thing. Given your apparent motive, why didn't you bother saying anything to that effect (or at least hinting it)? You're either a liar or a fool.
I don't care to get caught up the in political left/right dichotomy and I never watch Fox News. I do, however, like to point out fault where it is due. Barney's actions as chairmen of the FSC set the stage for financial disaster.

@YourNameHere1212: Quick point: Every year, congressional staffers on both sides of the aisle vote on "best of" categories for congress (in the bipartisan Washingtonian). For the last 10 years, Frank was voted, by a landslide apparently, "most intelligent" and "best sense of humor." This, again, is from all staffers of dems and repubs in congress.
But somehow we should take your word for it that Frank is a "moron." Umm, okay.

@YourNameHere1212: I wasn't trying to take your comment out of context at all, I was pointing out that I don't think our nation is destroyed; saying our nation is destroyed is absurd. It's very hard to argue with someone like you who calls me childish, and then immediately calls Frank a bumbling fool and criminal. Frank has not destroyed the nation, he has not "set the stage" to destroy anything. Out of a 30 year career, you have chosen the one thing you know about b/c it must have been on fox
-
@mlc2005 You mean this, "He is a bumbling moron that did his best to set the stage for the financial disaster that has destroyed this nation."
Taking part of a sentence out of the full sentence and replacing the first part to make it seem like I am saying something different is childish antics. Did you have anything else or was this it? Barney Frank is a bumbling fool and a criminal. Although I am entertained watching him stumble all over himself trying to weasel out of his part of the blame.
-
@YourNameHere1212: Ummm, take a look a few posts down, and you will see, in your response to me, the exact words I used when quoting you.
It ain't about my "childish antics" my friend, it's about your inability to scroll down when using a webpage. Although it makes me happy that you seem to feel that your prior statement was so drama queen-esque that you couldn't imagine having written it.
-
@mlc2005 Where did you get the quote? I never said anything of the sort and your childish antics seem to reveal the real drama queen. Rhetorical and literary devices are used in higher company.
-
@YourNameHere1212: I love drama queens like you:
In your world, Barney Frank "destroyed this nation-and the world's economy." Who knew Frank was the most powerful human being on the planet! Don't you think that might be a weeeee bit of an overstatement my friend? Frank has been in office for 25 years; check out his whole record if you are interested in doing more than just bashing him on youtube.

Post partisan depression. What a wonderful way of saying lets not work together as a country. Bipartisanship is what you look for in a candidate. Simple.
the lack of bullshit in this video is incredibly refreshing.

Youtube comments should always be disabled. The most idiotic comments I've ever seen on the internet have always been from Youtube. The general userbase here are a bunch of idiots.
