Driver of that Z06 doesnt know how to drive.....stock z06 with stock tires SHOULD do 11.5..............12's...wow.

@Amitls8 Track conditions were not ideal... upper 40s, crosswinds, cloudy... track was very slippery... both cars would run high 11s on a good day. The 'Stang puts 426 HP to the wheels, so don't think that Z06 would magically blow it away. ;)

@maffuw123 Heads, cam, Vortec SC and few other small supporting modes to make it work. Still has stock block, crank, pistons and intake... nothing crazy about it... it just works, well.

@pcressey lol where im from, we dont consider a cam and supercharger "mild" bolt ons. lol...your right, its not a nut...bu still cool...but as everyone else is saying a Z06 can run 11s easily in stock trim.....still...cool cobra though! *thumbs up*

Stock 95 Cobra = 240 HP. "Mild bolt-ons" get you 426 to the wheels?!? I need to get me some of those "mild bolt-ons"!! :O)

@TwiztedTurbo My stang has 350,000 miles on the stock motor and the tranny has only been rebuilt once...my good buddies dad is a master mechanic and he also thinks the best car out there is chevy...because if chevy didn't exist, he would have nothing to work on!!! He thanks God everyday for chevy. If they made more reliable cars, they wouldn't have to be bailed out, huh? The reality of it is Ford > Chevy. Period.
