Please do not stand so close to the tracks! Any locomotive driver who has been involved in a fatality, near miss or accident (pretty much all of us) will tell you how nervous it makes us when people stand that close to the line. Think of how you appear to the train crew; we don't know if you intend to jump in front of us or not. I have crewed freight trains that have had load shifts or loose load binding straps that would easily kill you standing where you do!

How do you go to the crossing and not even see the train from the crossing? Do you see the train along the road and go to the crossing and wait for the train or what?
