Workout Instructions
10 Exercise Circuit - Complete 3 Full Rounds - 36 Minutes
Perform each exercises in succession for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. You will do as many reps as you can, in that duration, then move on to the next exercise
After you complete all 10 exercises or one round in succession you will rest for 2 minutes. COMPLETE 4 ROUNDS

@NWright95 Teens can absolutely do these exercises. These are bodyweight exercises that athletes do of all ages. You should already be doing bodyweight exercises, calisthenics, pushups, situps, and pull-ups, etc. No worries what so ever! Obviously ease your way into the more advances movements, but start with pushups and core/abs exercises - there are a lot of bodyweight workouts on my channel - also get access to the Free Spartacus Bodyweight workout program - check the link in the info
