the only form of leadership would be whats called a bigman or bigwoman (based upon the bigmen of ancient egalitarian societies) they would act as town patriarch or matriarch, and they would give their time and resources to the struggling members of the society and make sure moral is high! they will have honor but not power.

in fact all corporate entities, such as wal mart and Monsanto would not be allowed near my seastead! everything will be organically and sustainably grown using hydroponics technology.

if i had the cash to create my own seastead i would do it in a minute! i would create my own resource based country which would completely sustain itself. i would outlaw the religious extremism
there would be no need for money exchange. pot would be legal, and so would gay marriage, abortion & dignified euthanasia options for terminally ill
science would be the dominating 'belief system'
everyone would have a right to bare arms! (we may need to defend ourselves from bigots of other countries)
