This is The Piper & the Penguin. It's available in the MiniCrib program, which lists the source as R Goldring Scotia Suite. It's a fun dance, good for beginners, and the square set provides a break from the usual longwise sets. Have fun!

If you know the dance name or the music please let me know. I am setting up a ball and thought this would be a good dance for our experianced and novice dancers.

Yes I agree it's frustrating sometimes not to have the name of the dance included, if it's one you aren't familiar with. Happy to say I remember the name of this one and dance it often.
