Hundreds of police were deployed in Riyadh, on the day anti-government rallies were planned. Security forces blocked roads and set up checkpoints in an attempt to thwart protests. Protests are illegal in Saudi Arabia, which has had an absolute monarchy since its unification in the 1930s

The king's support of Israel and the USA. Do support oil, to cover the shortage of oil supply, due to the crisis iran. More like iran is destroyed, when they fellow Muslims. Palestinians prefer destroyed, rather than lose face in Israel.
