Steve Johnson Painful Looking Knee Injury in 2011 Prelim Final

During the 3rd Quarter of the 2nd preliminary Final between the West Coast Eagles and the Geelong Cats. Johnson landed awkwardly on his left leg/knee which went completely the wrong way after falling heavily from a tackle from Andrew Embley and him falling on Johnson.

He seems to have badly dislocated his knee.

Steve Johnson will have scans to see if he will be right in the Grand Final next week against Collingwood, which is one cat that provides the X - Factor, so Geelong defiantly needs him to be right to play.

Geelong won comfortably in the end: 17.15: 117 to West Coast 10.9: 69

What a brilliant win today, but at a cost to Stevie J. How good it was though to see him walk out on the boundary. Sports medicine does wonders today, only have to look at how Lance Franklin bounced back from his horrific fall. I'm sure we'll see Stevie next week. GOOOOO CATS!!
