woah easy buddy. name me another instance in college when a foul was called with 2 seconds to go beyond the 3 pt line. Unless someone is absolutely raped, it will not be called. Its not in the rule books but its an unwritten and understood aspect of the game. This would have been a foul in the first half or something but no way a foul with 3 seconds to go. Plus it didnt alter the shot enough to even be considered.
