@monsterrocks And for the Transit: The ribbed it completly and put on tape in the front to make airflow smooth. But not last, it was driven by Sabine Schmitz witch has gone around the track more than 20,000 times.

@monsterrocks Please searc google for "List of Nürburgring Nordschleife lap times" and take a good look at what cars you are saying is slower than the mondeo! Eks:Volkswagen Golf Mk5 VW R32 MKV DSG, Honda NSX, Chevrolet Corvette C5, Porsche Boxster S. Does it make sense to you. May I ask how old you are?

@gwa1690 you can believe what you like but i know what i saw :) and if you like i'll get my brother to film the lap next time he goes down there and prove he did it in 8:34 tbh he could've gone quicker with no one on the track :)
