The CAF Tuskegee Airmen P-51 Mustang spent a few months at the Cavanaugh Flight Museum. The staff was very nice to help me get this footage to do this video. Thank you to the people at The Red Tail Prooject for their help as well.

  • Erik,

Congrats on the video and thank you. I was lucky enough to be one of the rebuilders on this aircraft. We faced many trials and tribulations over the last 5 years, but with mentors such as the Tuskegee Airmen, Don Hinz and Gerry Beck we never lost sight of our goal. Please continue your support and hope to see you at Oshkosh.

  • @redtailslick How cool is it to hear from one of the guys that had a hands on in getting this bird back in the air. Thank you so much for a wonderful job you guys did in the restoration. It turned out perfectly. I don't think I will be able to go to Oshkosh, but I sure would like to hang out with you guys if I get the chance. Be save and have fun flying.
