Last year Wade Phillips tried to do this to the NY Giants kicker but it backfired. He missed the first kick and made the second! I guess it takes a Bronco to Shanahan a kicker

Talk about a rule that needs to be made. Redskins had that game won and it was taken away by an unsportsmanlike move to be honest. Well Shanahan can blame himself for coming up with calling a timeout less than a second before the kicker kicks the ball.
