really like the idea of recovery muscles definitely seems very promising hopefully i can i can get my playing up to speed and can say for the longest time i was only a fan of 1 type of music but i dont listen to anymore of it and instead have been listening to a good variety not exactly american but im in north america

Wow... this is actually the way I've learned myself. I had 4 lessons, disliked them and started playing, jamming and improvising while listening to some music now and again in the background. Glad to see its not turning out to be total shit and might get me somewhere.
