That's truly amazing for gimp. I really love your skill with a digital brush. Judging by this I assume you paint on an actual canvas?

There wouldn't be a glare near the top of the eye. In fact, the eyelashes form a cast shadow, and then the white "highlight" would be in the opposite direction as your light source (because the light passes through the eye and reflects off the opposite side)

gimp is basicaly a free photoshop. get gim instead of wating money of photoshop

try to do that in MS paint.... MS paint stinks and takes too long to make that kind of painting.... =|

GIMP is free and is the same thing... I like Gimp because is faster, photoshop only has a bit more filters and effects (unnecesary) but you can download more brushes, effects, filters, scripts etc... for GIMP
