recently ordered the Studio 10 HD program for 59.99 dollars. Im lost on how to install it. I already have the trail verison. When i click the pinnacle studio_HD_V15_part-1-of-2 button it will install something but than it will say file not found pinnacle studio_HD_V15_part-2-of-2.dat.
Could you please help me or can i have some instructions?

thats because you have not paid for it (the effect) and once you do you may have to unlock it in Pinnacle

Ok yea i got a vid converter. But when i put the explosion clip on a picture i cant see all of the explosion just the orange parts. is there a way i can fix this.

Ok well i downloaded the explosion file off the site and since it is a MOV file it wont work on Pinnacle Stuidio 12 Plus. How can i change it to a MPEG file or a format that will work on Pinnacle Studio 12 Plus

Google video converter...many are free.
Convert to a file that Pinnacle can handle
