@bushcraftbartons Thank you. I'm just trying to translate the knowledge you share to my area which is further South. Mostly hardwood forests (oak, hickory & walnut) as well as sycamore in my neck of woods.

I remember this video! Great review. Forgot that the tree should be in exposed area. What a difference in camera quality. That new rig sure takes an amazing video.

Not forgetting that this is the opposite down here in the southern hemisphere. Tree here leaning towards the sun or having most of their branches growing towards the sun will be showing a northerly (N, NE & NW) direction. Thanks for the video Mike.
