  • Time to reform The Passage.

  • @jamiebsas Is that the one with live versions of horseplay, love is as and another I can't remember,if so,get in touch with me,would love to hear them again :)

  • Thanks so much for posting this. The band that will always be the most important for me in a life full of music. Somewhere in an attic in London I have every vinyl they every released and two copies of several just in case. And listening to a couple of tracks has sent shivers down my spine all over again.

Now I need to track down a good copy of the John Peel broadcast live from Manchester Apollo in - 1982_

  • Happy days, yes the productions 'muddy' but the song is years ahead of it's time. Bloody genius, time for a comeback?

  • Dick,Andy an Joe,fuckin legends,need I say more ;)

  • 4 mins an 33 seconds in,still sounds as epic as it did back in the 80's,shudda been a lot bigger than they were, happy memories :)

  • @bromodomain, yes Imperial was a bit straight laced if I remember right. You can hear a live version of 'Lost In Music' recorded [in the audience] at The Ritz in Manchester on the passage website -

I've posted a poor quality clip to go with 'drugface' on here.

  • @joethebuffalo I remember a gig you did at Imperial College in the early 80s. As a big Passage fan, couldnt really believe you'de pitched up there, but a great gig. I remember an encore that was a version of Sister Sledge's Lost in Music - typical Passage, thundering percussion, Dick's swirling synth lines, Andy sawing away at the guitar. Thanks for the music! xXx

  • Astonished to find this little gem on Youtube.

I remember it from the John Peel show around 1981.
