Zephyr TS - Digital UV Inkjet Printer for Traffic Sign Production

Mutoh's compact 65" (1651 mm) Zephyr TS roll-to-roll digital UV printer is the ideal partner for high quality production of road traffic signs, safety and information signs.
Zephyr TS will enable traditional traffic sign producers to complement their analog production equipment and will offer them faster turnaround, more flexibility with regards to production planning, stock levels and last but not least, will enable them to reduce their environmental footprint.
Zephyr TS was developed in cooperation with Mutoh's strategic partner Nippon Carbide Industries for printing directly onto Nikkalite® retroreflective sheeting, using Mutoh's specially formulated Zephyr TS traffic sign inks. The combination of printer, media, ink and UV protection overlay film fulfills the European standard for fixed vertical road traffic signs (EN-12899-1:2007).
