Banner Approval for OpenX

By installing this mod manager can Approve/Reject banners. If manager Rejects a banner it will not be displayed. So, he can Reject unnecessary banners.
Here is the description of mod:
In the video we have already set up a link between a banner and a zone.
For each banner manager will get Approve/ Reject option.
Initially our test banner is not approved, so after taking invocation and pasting in a file, when we are executing that file banner is not being displayed.
Again we are Approving the banner by clicking Approve option. Then we are executing our invocation code file. This time banner is being displayed. Because it has been Approved.
