i really think that miley is too cool to be with mandy just think about it why would a 20 year old wanna hang out with a 15 year old i just think its weird there is something going own there my parents would be really concerned if i were hanging out with someone who can smoke hit the clubs and almost drink hanging with someone who cant even vote or stay out pass 10 and there not related! just think about it? dont get me wrong i love miley cyrus and mandy cool and shes a great dancer.i just think there whole relatonship is strange

Because they share a common job - singing/dancing - and therefore have similar interests. It's only natural that they'd become friends regardless of the 4 and a half year difference.
