  • adapting to their own enviroments?? thats wrong!!! adaption isnt evolution its the survival of the organisms with the preferable traits, and those traits being passed down.

  • @Addicti0nz1 >Uhm, with all due respect (Sir) I fail to see the difference ... adapting to ones enviroment or the survival of preferable traits thats Lamarck vs Darwin, and Molecular Biology seems to prove that both are correct... (see "The Ghost in our Genes", and so much other,,, ), Kind Regards, Peter Stümpfle (aka Runi).

  • @RuniScience adapting is something like putting on a sweater when its cold, the survival or death of a trait would be like the world being flooded and all those organisms without the trait of gills to be able to breathe under water would die and the organisms with the ability to breathe under water would have the preferable traits and hence would be natural selection.

  • @Addicti0nz1 ... I know what you mean Sir, I've worn a sweater on many a cold winter,,, But did you see the video I suggested "the Ghost in our Genes" ... ??? That is one sweater no one can refute... Waterborne and Airbone that's a neat trick, but although I cannot explain such a genetic leap it did happen and happen again... Please find & view my video suggestion, a mind like yours just might explain the Lamrarckian / Darwinian enigma at a molecular level,, Greetings, Runi

  • @RuniScience crap now i just came across in my bio book where it mentioned adaption characteristics of organisms that enhance their survival and reproduction in specific environments. but isnt it the trait that determines how the organism can adapt.. damnit i came across this video becasue im trying to write a ten page paper by tomorrow morning i shouldn't of procrastinated,!!

  • @Addicti0nz1 > My appologies, but you are an idiot ...You look into a "Bio-Book" for wisdom ... How desperate you must be... Just look around you... I wont waste my time here, visit again when ready you are... Runi... You mention "adaptation techniques" ... will you please explain them fully to me ... ???

  • @RuniScience dont get me wrong im no expert but deletion in genes or a gene crossover or mutations are what can affect a gene, and i would say its very likely that there are factors in environment that can affect them, still thats not adaption thats mutation or an irregularity, traits are what determine an organisms ability to adapt in certain ways to an environment. i forget in which study, they chop of the tails of rats for several generations all the offsprings were still born with tails.
