not exactly my cup of tea.. i'd like at least one other flavor in the soup, something to think over. chop and sautee some leeks, pop in when you blend, and add a spot of garlic, and this soup would be spot on for me.

You either made it too watery, and/or under seasoned it. And yea, like the guy above mentions, I hope you used FRESH brocolli.

chino i made the mistake of watching your curry video i can still hear that spoon clanging off the pot/pan 10 minutes after i watched it, looked not too bad though, pitty about the banging
