I put some of the July clips in with the August clips, just to show the difference that a month makes in the garden... and a great tip on how to tell the difference between the hot banana and the sweet banana peppers...

Thanks! The hot bananas are sweet, but still hot. Some people dont think they are hot- but i do!

I bet you can!? Im sure there is a great variety that will do nicely up there? Go to your garden center and get some plants that have already been grown for a little while and just plant them... I would love to know which varieties grow well up there!

I like your cages...I just added some to my pepper plants. I used to tie each stalk to a bamboo stick, but soon found out the peppers get chocked and take on weird shapes. This way the whole plant can move around and just breath. I would have to say I get most of my satisfaction from my pepper plants.

Try the Cavendish banas! They grow great here around Georgia! Thanks for the comment! I really wish I had enough room to grow stuff indoors for the winter- but maybe one day!
