I'm an ectomorph, started off at around 139lb, I'm not about 200 with about 20% body fat. This is due to over eating hugely and junk food. I can easily loose weight if I want to though, would you recommend cardio for me or would I risk loosing muscle? Thanks

I just stumbled onto this video. Great advise. Thanks guys. And @ willieofroanoke if you were listening the twins ony gave that advice for guys/gals who are considered Ectomorphs only. In case you dont know what an ectomorph is may i suggest you look it up. :-)

@tehshortnoob They said they do 30 sets of 1 min jump ropes with 1 min rest in between. so one hour work out.

How heavy do you have to be to actually carry that extra skin or even just stretch marks when you lose all the weight? I'm bulking now, and I'm not overweight in the least, I'm just curious as to how BIG i can actually get without having to worry about the repercussions come spring man.
