INDIA certainly belongs on this list, and qualifies especially because of the extreme overpopulation, number of desperately poor people, and lack of basic necessities. There are more cell phones in India than toilets. There are more starving people in India than in the entire continent of Africa. India ranked as 4th worst country in the world for women, because of extreme mistreatment of women that Hinduism imposes, with the caste and dowry system.

You'd also find that the resources you say they steal are payed for. You also might notice that these resources are an insignificant part of the British economy which is largely a service based economy. Don't blame western success on corrupt African dictators.. They’d be successful with or without Africa.. Africa produces a speck of what the world produces
