  • That's what you call entertainment.

  • Brilliant! That's serious talent, I wish there was more like it out there now.

  • i love pegan songs

  • this brightens my day!!!

  • Excellent -- many happy memories of watching Imel, not only on TV but also at a county fair or two. Many of the Welk performers made the loop through our county.

  • Those guys were really good.

  • wow - great!

  • @Pogoer on what planet?

  • @pauleypauleypauley ...Coulda been Virgin Prunes version... always liked Dinah Washington doing this.

  • wow that guy's pretty good! but i thought it was gonna be acid bath pagan love song :(

  • There's a comedy film from 1975 called "Hearts of the West" which is about some cowboys (as I remember) who get into Hollywood movies in the late 1920s, just as sound films are starting to be made. In one scene, they watch a musical being shot, and this song is performed, with girls in hula skirts and a tap-dancing guy in a sort of jungle explorer outfit. That tap-dancing man is referred to as "the noodle in the pith helmet."

  • Wonderful.... The days when you got true variety acts !!!! Pagan Love Song from 'The Pagans' MGM film1929.
